Save As fails with "The file name is not valid"
Windows 7 64 bit. Having a problem when I attempt to save a document (Word 2007 or Adobe etc.) when I go to save the file with "Save As" offers the Windows 7 library. I cannot save any file to any location in the library because of an error message
"The file name is not valid". Also while there I cannot even view the contents of the library folders.
Interestingly, If I open a library in Explorer and copy contents say to "My Docmuments" there is no problem.

This has been reported before here:

Does anyone have a solution it is really annoying.
SFC /scannow reports no problems

chkdsk is fine
Created another user, the problem exists there as well.
I did run SSD tweaks on Windows 7 several weeks ago. I am wondering if any tweaks (including turning off Windows Search) could have affected the libraries?
I did turn Windows indexing back on, but it has not helped. All folders and files in Libraries are not accessable from windows explorer shell either 'Open' or "Save As'

That is what probably mess things up
insert the windows disk, boot from it and select repair

The problem of course is I am up to SP1. Should I slipstream my Windows 7 64 bit install disk or uninstall SP1?

SP1 is not at issue, it works fine.
I have not found slipstream tools yet for Windows 7, but I am sure somebody is working on it

Should run repair with the proper Install files. SP1 changes all that.
What about this?
